It wont turn on at all

Good day to mam wendy311!!!!

If you TV is totally dead set and no red light or green light on the front...

if that so the problem could be cause of dead set power power supply board...

You have 3 choices its either repair it on your own or took it to the technician or buy a new set of power supply board..

But for me I suggest to buy a new power supply board because if you took it to the technician cost of repair is almost or higher depends on the bad parts than the new power supply board...

But before you buy a new PSU please check this simple and common parts that usually cause of dead power supply board..
  1. Transistor----Check if shorted
  2. Capacitors----Check if bulged or leak.
  3. Resistors----Check if open or change value..
  4. Fuses---------Check if busted..

I hope this solution will be helpful..

Thanks for using fixya...

Standby/hibernate don't work

Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Power Options. In the Power Options Properties dialog box, click the advanced tab You are able to change the settings here. Click OK or click Apply, and then press the Power button on your computer. When you click Apply, your new settings are saved, but the Power Options Properties dialog box stays open. When you click OK, your new settings are saved, but the Power Options Properties dialog box closes.

After 30 or so seconds the camera turns off. it

You probably have it set on a power saving setting that powers down after a set amount of time. Go into the menu and check this out.

Clear all the pre-set channels

There's no clear all settings there. You need to manually delete each saved station. Try to unplug the power of the unit for few hours and check if that clears all.
