Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi just installed my HP Photosmart C4400 printer on my acer laptop and then clicked the "HP solution centreicon" to verify proper installation. This revealed Scan Picture and Scan Document to confirm correct installation. ButI now get "hpzsetup.exe is required" flashing on the task bar. Further investigation shows "error-"w.Stub""6694" Configuring your product. How do I eliminate this?
I would recommend that you uninstall the printer and reinstall it over...it sounds like a data file got corrupted
