Question about Electrical Supplies
Check the rubber boot for the carb. I had the same problem and found that the boot was cracked. I replaced it and now it runs fine.

Check and see if the "bellows" between the air filter and the engine is cracked. If it is, there is no way that the engine will run correctly. They are very particular about their fuel-to-air ratio.

90 % of the time this problem is caused by a bad bellows (a rubber part) that is between the air filter box and carburetor mixer.
