Do three things, 1st get your anti virus updated, if you don't have one, install a good one. I recommend AVG free version
2nd Get the "earthing" of your power supply socket checked.
3rd If the above two are cannot solve your problem, your SMPS is surely a problem.
Make sure you use Genuine version of your operating system
