Question about Computers & Internet
SOURCE: digital keychain
First, SKU is a vendor specific number (created by the bookstore, not the manufacturer) so that number really does us no good.. we need to know the manufacturer and model number..
First thing to do (if you are running Windows) is to make sure that the device is being recognised by the Device Manager..
Start > Run > devmgmt.msc (ok)
Look down the list and try to find the device.. or look for an exclamation point, meaning that the device is not installed correctly..
Let me know.

Sorry, I did figure out what I was doing wrong. Why should someone go to this web site if they have to end up paying you to get an answer. That dosent seem right.
All in all I was able to get my answers and I do not think that I will ever go to this web site again.
Thank you ( For what is the Question)

SOURCE: Program will not run properly
I found this on an Amazon review. I hope it works for you:
1) Install the software on the CD (although the application won't open just yet)
2) Plug in the usb cable into the pc and the keychain and wait a minute (nothing happened here for me)
3) Unplug the cable that goes into the keychain, and then plug it back in. On the keychain screen, an option menu should come up that allows you to select either to power the keychain or to update the keychain via usb. Select the update option. (Note that drivers might install before this or maybe it found the driver I downloaded at the coby website?)
4) Now that you have selected the update option, you can now open the program that was installed off of the cd. Select the pictures you want, move them over, and then download them to the keychain.

SOURCE: I just purchased a Sakar
I feel your pain. Go to their web site and download a readable manual http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.sakar.com/images/resources/thumbs/12690%2520black.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.sakar.com/p-169.aspx%3Fcategoryid%3D155&usg=__UCOoniXB9VJe9zn80S4X1J8mj7o=&h=120&w=104&sz=9&hl=en&start=8&um=1&tbnid=5j97XYF3RmFbdM:&tbnh=88&tbnw=76&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dsakar%2Bdigital%2Bphoto%2Bframe%2B12490%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26rlz%3D1T4GGLL_enUS305US305
The key is to hit the send photos button in the upper left hand corner of the main page. that will open up the photo viewer. Once there the instrutions actually make sense. going to select Photos and opening active image express will not down load the pictures, you have to get to the photo viewer v2.3. the manual is correct you just have to read if very carfully.
