Reset button keeps popping and the time between becomes shorter.

Sounds like the module inside the distributor. Have to be replaced.

Sounds as if your car needs a tune-up, changing sparkplugs, aircleaner, resetting timing, etc:

At the least, it needs the idle set up to the RPM it takes to keep running in gear, but this is only a tempory fix if it does need the tune-up. Raise the RPM and reset the timing along with changing plugs and aircleaner is best way to go.

More than possibly a bad fan motor! if the motor isnt blowing enough air, the element will get too hot, and make it pop off!

Almost certain, having had this problem with this mower several times, that your petrol cap which is suposed to let air into the tank does not. after a few mins of running suction develops and the engine stops. you check the fuel level and its ok so you restart and it goes fine for another 5 min. by removing the petrol cap you let air in and temporarily fixed it. Clean out the arangement of screws and springs and filters under the fuel cap.

unplug the washer and wait 10 or 15 mins sometimes it takes time to reset the program

Check your batteries, they might be ready to die. Stalling is a sign your are not getting enough power to the scooter and when you do, it runs until they run low again. Kinda like a cell phone batt, ones it dies and you wait awhile you can get it started but only for a couple of minutes before dying again.

Furnace. To confirm use an Ampprobe or other brand ampmeter and see how much current is being drawn. If it is more that 80% of the breaker rating, it si for sure the Furnace.
