hi,
psu burn? anyway maybe wrong voltage supply, you replace psu(power supply unit) but check voltage rating if 220 or 115 volt make sure on this if auto volt fine ,but if there is selector for 220/115 adjust to what volage you have.,i think some device may affected of short circuited,
if pwer supply is ok now,you can test your device
disconnect i.d.e cable of cd room, floopy, and hard disk.on figure
all ide cable must disconnect, then if you got other video card put on it,loosen screw, and detouched at backside the vga cable releasing two quick lock bolt in.replaced video card, plug in and swich on
observed if windows appear at start menu only your motherboard is fine,if not check memory card replaced if you have two one by one you can check it.
if you got to appear start menu put back your
ide cable on other devices such as floopy, hardisk and cd room.then swich on.
have a nice day just log in on fixya if there a problem, were here to help you.dont forget to rate me.thank's
