Let's try a few steps on this! Make sure your video cables are tight in both the receiver and TV. If they are, try replacing the cable or using a cable you know works and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still continues, unplug the receiver for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Do any other devices have this same issue? Is it only on a few channels, or all?
