Question about PC Desktops

I ordered and paid for the Uniblue SpeedUpMyPC on Oct.28/08, but despite a number of e-mail requests, I have not received it. My Name is Ronald Watts and my e-mail address is rfwatts@sympatico.ca. Please help me to get the program or else return my $29.95.

    Your expert on line yesterday did a good job of cleaning up my computer, and he said he installed my Uniblue program. However, when I try to use it, I am still told that I am unregistered and need to register if I am to use the program. What else do I have to do to be considered "Registered"?

    This "solution" was simply to tell me to contact
    the Uniblue people myself. However, if I have already had the program installed, you would think that the Uniblue people would recognize the fact and stop asking me to register!

It depends on vendor terms and conditions
If you didnot recieve your product you will need to call your credit card company and dispute this charge.
If you pay by debit card contact your bank and again dispute this charge.
In addition VISA and MASTERCARD have a policy according to which if you paid but didnot recieve item you will get full refund

they list no e-mail or any other company contact information
if a company has that much to hide its not worth doing business with


i would goto my credit card company for a refund just for thes reasons

These programs are a rip off, smoke and mirrors, keep the hard-drive de-fragmented and the drive cleaned up of old data and eliminate as many start and background programs as poss, they slow down everything.

Ronald we are all contractors for a fix it yourself website. We don't sell software, you need to contact whoever you bought the software from, like the company on the box. Posting it here is usless as there are hundreds of techs here and none sell anything but their expertise. who did you pay?

    I agree, most of them cause more harm than good, they show people that they have 5000 problems in their computer an thendelete some system files, many a re install from that junk

I order items for use with a non-profit organization and have a 501C-3 tax exempt number. How can I utilize non-profit eligibility and save on tax payment


You file a request with your state of registration/incorporation to get a sales tax exemption certificate. After you receive that, submit a photocopy to the vendors to have on their file. This allows them to not charge the sales tax. Some vendors will accept ust the certificate number and expiration date, others will require you to send them a photocopy. If you paid sales tax (after the certificate was issued) you can file a request for refund from the vendor by providing proof of excemption. Your state issued certificate is valid even if you are ordering from vendors outside your own state.

I typed the serial number (RB-0HR4N7-NWYFRE-WGVT8T-P2GVR7-T50U22) for Uniblue Registry Booster and it didn't work for me. It says that the serial number is invalid. While the same serial number worked...


not need to use uniblue registry booster because one of a better software available for complete system tweak. you can download this software and cd key from torrentz.eu soft ware name is " utility 2011 ". enjoy your computer performance thank you.

You received a "Thank You" letter but have not received wht you paid for huh? It's ok, but the thing is, we at FixYa! cannot help you obtain that manual. The best thing to do is to contact IBM's post sales department since they were the one who processed the sale of manual. They can send you the manual again if you haven't received it. You can contact them at 1-866-428-4465. It just so happen that I work for IBM, but for technical support and not sales that's why I know their number.

the purpose of downloading applications is to install it to your computer, it will not automatically install itself unless it's a virus.

better contact the dealer where you got the pc.

Norton Antivirus 2008 purchased 4th July 2008 Order No.1644036072 £29.99. Confirmed paid on my Bank Statement.Can't Download. Need help as I keep getting reminders and I am not sure if I am covered.


No, even if you completed the purchase the antivirus is not active yet. You should have received, in the email used for the order, a link to the download, and a registration number.
Download the install program from the link and if required use the reg. number.
If you cannot find the email with the link check in spam mail, and in trash bin.
If you still cannot install the update, proceed from here to contact Symatech regarding your order, tell you cannot find the download, they will send a new one.
After installing the antivirus, you will need to connect to the internet to validate installation.

Please follow this link in which there are details of why you are not able to send/receive emails or why you are receiving errors.

The socket 11004 error also means Valid name, no data record of requested type. The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for.
hence try these steps,I would request you to reconfigure your Account settings for the email server.This should resolve your issue.
