Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
Water freezes in the bottom of the freezer then thaws and leaks on to the floor.
There is a drain for your freezer that is pluged.It may be pluged with ice or dirt.Try unpluging your fridge until it is completely defrosted,4 to 5 hrs. with doors open.
if there is dirt in it it may flush out or your heater element for the defrost is not working.

there a leak somewhere in there. there is no way you can fix this yourself, call the repairman or LG's customer service.
