you should not need a CD to use the router - Routers do NOT need drivers.
All the CD would do is set up the router - which you can do manually
The product manual is available here http://www.dlink.com/products/?tab=3&pid=WBR-1310&rev=WBR-1310
goto the setup section where it explains how to setupthe router manually
If you can't find a CD just visit the D-Link support page for your router and you can download most of the stuff that was on the CD. This would include the product manual, the latest firmware and helpful FAQ's.
Make sure the wireless capabilities are turned on on your router. On your computer scan for available networks and it should detect the router. Once detected it will ask you for the Passkey/WEP/Secutity Key. You should have a note of this when you originally set up your wireless connection. If not then your computer network set up wizard may 'kick in' and just follow the instruction. Remember to keep a note of your PASSKey/WEP as you will require it in future

Here's the link to the setup file on the d-link site: ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Gateway/wbr1310_revB/Apps/
I had to special request this link. If you go through all their information on their site, it states you should be able to obtain a copy of their installation CD as a download file. But you can't find it anywhere. So, after I requested it, they gave me this FTP link, directly into their server. I don't know how long this link will last. It worked as of 4-21-10.
