Not that familiar with that particular heater but in most cases if you can get the same length and can mount they are usually the same milli amp and will work remove the old one and take to a good hardware store they can most likely match up one

The lid on our Endless Summer Patio Heater 200209 is bent. Can it be fixed? If not, where can I purchase a replacement?

If you are referring to the heat deflector top on the upper most portion of the heater. yes, it can be repaired , if it is not to severely bent. It would require removing it from the heater to straighten it. If the metal is creased, it's not worth repairing.

My pilot light wont light and my heater will not stay on.The ignitor is cliking as if it works but will not ignite and if I manually light it the lighter will not stay on.

Essentially all gas devices regardless of which gas used, are equipped with a thermocouple that monitors the pilot light's condition and if it fails, it will not permit the main flame to light or the pilot light to stay lit. In your case, it may be that the TC failure also prevents the lighting of the pilot light.

The pilot seems to light but then when I turn the knob to ignite the main burner, the pilot goes out. Is there a technique to clean the igniting assembly?

let the pilot light burn for a few min and get hot after this try slowly moving the knob over to full burn. Sometimes it just need to heat up.

The pilot light burns with the knob depressed in pilot position, but goes out when I finally let the knob out

Most likely problem is a worn thermocouple, these are consumable items that can last between 1 year to 6 years but will need changing at some point. Found this site very useful patio heater top repair tips.
