You can go into service mode to clear it.You can reset it but if the problem presist then the heater lamp is faulty.
Service mode-
Press usermode star, press no2 and 8 at the same time, press usermode star again, select copier, select funcktion, select clear, select ERR and press ok,switch machine off at wall for 1 min and switch on again.

Remember if this does not work the heater is blown.

How to solve error E000 0000

E000 0000 = The reading of the main thermistor does not reach 30 degrees C 1 sec after the main power switch is turned on. Or, it does not reach 70 degrees C 2 sec thereafter.
In other words, the fuser, or the section that heats up to melt the toner on the paper, is not heating up.

the thermal switch is open. you need to check this part first and if it's open you have to replace it and then erase the E code in service mode-function-error-ok.

Hello, My Canon CLC 900 is showing E061 after it starts up? Any suggestions?

E000–0061, 0071, 0081

1) Clear ‘E000’. Is ‘E000’ indicated immediately after the power
switch is turned on?
• Be sure to turn off the power switch as soon as you have made the
check.
NO: Go to step 3.

Oil thermistor (TH5), Oil heater thermistor (TH6; short circuit), DC controller PCB
2) Turn off the power switch, and disconnect J6019 from J2209 on the
DC controller PCB. Measure the resistance between a and b of the
following table in reference to the detail code; is it 1 Kω?
Code a b
0061/0081 J6019-B5 J6019-B6
0071/0081 J6019-B10 J6019-B11

AC driver PCB
DC controller PCB
3) Replace the AC driver PCB. Is the problem corrected?
YES: End.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

Ir 2000, system error E000

The main thermistor reading does not reach 40°C 14 sec after the fixing
heater goes ON. (fixing low temperature error)

If E000 is indicated, the RAM on the image processor will
retain the error memory of the fixing assembly after the power switch has
been turned off an then on. Execute the following in service mode, and
turn off and then on the power switch to clear the memory: #7
PRINTER>#4 PRINTER RESET>YES=(*).

Entering service mode: press "aditional function" and after "#(ID)"
