Sirius problem

Damn, i just got this problem this morning. It worked fine at the house, i powered it off, removed it from the cradle then put in my backpack. I get to work, pop it in my boombox and this keeps happening... :(
unfortunately my other is a car version so i can't use it in the house.

I have the same problem, when I contact Xact (through e-mail) they said that the unit would have to be replaced. They didn't say that THEY would replace it, but said it had to be replaced.

This was happening to my boombox and I installed a 12 volt 1000ma power cord to the unit and that stopped.

I called them and their suggestion was to keep it on till it finally kicks over and then reset to factory defaults. I did finally kick over and I tried this to no avail. They told me I would have to replace it at $39.95 cost. This is my second unit this has happened to me with. Their products seem to be very cheaply made and only work till the warranty expires.
