Question about InFocus LP290 1100 Lumen XGA LCD Projector Multimedia Projector
Nice answer. Next time try the fact that the instructions in the manual do not work. Yes you replace the bulb. Then you press the vol+ and vol- for 5 seconds. Guess what? Still nothing. Anyone else want to try?

The owner's manual should have a troubleshooting chart that will indicate what the blinking lights mean. If the new bulb did not clear it, the problem may be the ballast (part that starts the bulb). Also, when you replaced the lamp, you should also reset the lamp timer. Some units will continue to indicate a lamp needing replacement until the counter is reset. The procedure for that should also be in the manual.
Keep us posted.
