The manufacturer no longer has the drivers on its web site nor could I find drivers on any of the archive sites I?m aware of. If you?re in love with this mouse I would try emailing Sakar (http://www.sakar.com/about.aspx) to see if they will send you the drivers for your operating system. If that doesn?t work you could try just letting Windows try to find/install the best driver it has. If that doesn?t work it just might be time for an upgrade.

We put the disc in and nothing has happened to show/tell us how to get the wireless keyboard and mouse to work, what next.m

When you insert the software disc, most computers are set to autorun what's inserted into the disc drive. If yours is not enabled, you can insert your disc, go to My Computer, and right click on the drive with the CD, and click on Open, this should allow you to access the information on the cd. Just click on the setup.exe, and you should start installing in no time!

RF wireless technology can easily be compromised. Anything can interfere with connection from an appliance running to the surrounding walls and of course electro-magnetic interference. My suggestion is to look for a keyboard/mouse that uses bluetooth wireless technology.

I have lost my Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000 Disc

Visit the official software download site at Microsoft:You'll want to select your operating system, 32- or 64-bit then your language. This should be the same software that came on your install disc.

Note: to find out if you have 32 or 64 bit windows in Vista and 7 click on Start then right-click Computer and select properties. A window will come up with that information. If you have XP you would have to go out your way to get 64-bit so if you aren't sure then you have 32-bit.

I installed a new harddrive and i dont know the code for my wireless mouse and keyboard. How do I rest the code

I have not heard of a wireless mouse or keyboard needing a code.
If you are trying to connect to the wireless devices, you must press the little "connect" button on the bottom of each one.
That should do it.

Wireless mouse doesn't work

This problem was happening on my system but i managed to fix it easily! What has happened is your itouch software has become corrupt so it will only recognise your keyboard thus the usb connection. You will need to download/install off disc onto your computer again but do NOT go to uninstall program manager on windows as it will not appear there because even though you can access the itouch configuration panel, the database is corrupt and the administrative system will not recognise this. Just download/install via disc and it will just install with no alerts unlike most programs which will recognise the program is already installed onto the system. Once the setup is 92% it will freeze for a second then the found new hardware window will appear on screen go through that process and your mouse is back to normal and your keyboard will work via itouch software.
(Please note that this will only work on windows)

Ive just bought a logitech cordless mouse

Just go to http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/mice_pointers/mice/&cl=us,en and look for your mouse by model, choose driver that is appropriate for your windows system and download it, install it and follow the directions, then when you plug in the cordless mouse receiver the driver should be installed and it should work with no further need to do anything else..

Let me know if this helps

Thanks
