Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional

A genuine microsoft software is display on my pc everytime i turn it on... and appears black desktop... how can i remove it?

    my pc shows an error that i might be a victim of software counterfietin!!

    and the pc's desktop turns balck as soon as i switch on it. it says that i havent got a valid version of the software, but nw i want to uninstall it as it asks for a licence key wich should be bought woth money!! plss someone helpp me to solve thos , i want ot delete this from the pc!!

You can either type in a new serial key from where u downloaded the software(if it is pirated), if you bought it use microsoft support number to call to them it may be some patching errors try to get support from microsoft
