Question about Canon PIXMA MP160 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I just bought a new Canon M180 All in one printer which I am trying to
install on my desktop computer running XP SP2
however, it won't recognize the printer via the usb connection? In Device Manager it shows it as an "unknown device".
i tried with canon driver and followed the steps they have given
I tried with different USB ports it still gives the same error
thanks in advance
I am having the same problem with the Canon MP610. We have tried everything we can think of and cannot get past the USB error. Any advice would be appreciated. error -check printer 5100
Well i'm not sure but did u try to change the usb connection itself? or if it doesnt work try to chek if there are any windows errrors but most propably the connection
