Question about StarTech.com StarView SV431USB 4-port KVM Switch
To put keys in manually do as follows.
Press menu button
Press 1570 this takes you into secret menu.
Now hit ok on nagravision
Next make sure your cable provider is listed at top NTL or TELEWEST C&W ect
Now change key 00
(YOU MUST SAVE EACH KEY INDIVIDUALLY - I.E. AFTER CHANGING KEY 00 MAKE SURE
YOU STORE BEFORE CHANGING KEY 01 (TO STORE PRESS OK)
If you enter your postcode into the following site it will tell you which area you are in and thus which keys you need to use (For NTL use Pure Keys):
THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING KEYS FOR YOUR PROVIDER AS BOXES ARE NOT AUTO ROLLING:
If you got problems, then, if the box is genuine, try reflashing the box with the latest software, factory reset, scan..
If the box is a clone do the same as above but with clonesafe firmware.
