Have a kenwood sw-32ht green light comes on but have no sound, please help on what it could be

Check the signal or rca's. Make sure the sub is turned on from the headunit. Sounds like you have power but no signal. Also, make sure your power wire has 12 volts. I've seen where the light turns on because remote wire has power, but no power from the battery wire.

KDC-BT310U deck trying to hook up an amplifier and cant find the remote wire

The remote wire that comes from the radio is "blue". It originally had a sticker on it that said "p.ant/rem"(if memory serves me correctly) That wire sends a 12v signal to the amplifier to let it know that it's time to rock!

No sound coming from subs

You definitely NEED a source signal for the amplifier to amplify!

You should have a Main Power Wire, a Ground Wire, A Remote Turn on Wire, and RCA cables (or hi level speaker wires if your amplifier has them)
and the speaker wires to the subwoofers.

Thanks for using FixYA - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.

Wiring diagram

What kind of "wiring" do you need?

Positive goes to battery
Negative goes to ground
Rem goes to remote turn on from deck.

Attach speakers to speaker terminals as labeled on amplifier.
Please be a tad more specific of what you are trying to do, and I can help further.

Kenwood Kdc-x491 or Kdc-mp435u

Page 28 says that a shorted speaker wire could cause this.
