You can try their customer service. It is available by phone, email, or chat. I included a link to what is available on ebay but I have no way of knowing if such wheels fit your stroller because of lack of a model number on the advertised items. Sorry, I have not found other replacement parts.
Hi, on the reverse side of the seat is a strap that is fastened by a clasp. By squeezing the clasp, you allow the straps to pass through the clasp, and adjust the strap length. By doing this the angle of the seat can be adjusted
