I have re installed Windows XP Professional. I have installed all the drivers . But i was unable to install audio driver, the installaton was getting failed vy showing a message that installation failure . I have downloaded audio driver from net also , then also it is not working.Please help me

I think you have installed other audio driver? try to look at install program and if it has audio driver already remove it. And Install your Realtek AC97 High Definition.
Installing your audio drivers on XP:- ***important
You have to install the "Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp33867)" first, before intalling the audio drivers Conexant CX20549-12 Audio Driver for Microsoft Windows XP (sp41836.exe).
If you reverse the procedure your audio won't work.
you have to install the audio driver,,,some sound card (either build up or external) cannot be recognised by windows, so you should have the driver for it... just check your mainboard brand, model and type, it specific 4 sound driver to installed
i hve lost my sound card driver............plz provide driver for me....
