Yamaha jog rr wont start

My yamaha JOG RR 2005 was Ok. I tried to start it today and it started for a second then cut out and now will not start. I have taken out the spark plug and cleaned it up but still nothing, I have checked all connectors and all seems to be OK, but it wont start, It turns over nice but wont fire. There is ba spark from the plug.

Check to see if you are getting a spark to the new plug, if not the ECM is bad

My 2006 yamaha jog only wants to run for a couple seconds

if its watercooled jog rr the most likely problem will be the haed gasket leaking,these mopeds always suffer from that the gasket leak water into the combustion chamber and it starts briefly then wets the spark plug up and causes the spark plug to short out killing the spark.other than that it could be. carburettor jet blocked or the float in the carb badly adjusted .if it is the gasket leaking make sure you replace it with. genuine one or you will have the same problem again soon.trust me been there done that im a doctor.

Yamaha wont idle

I have a yamaha jog rr with a 70 kit on it has orignal exhuast but wont tick over and has no power to get up hills was told it was rolls so changed them try air n timing screw nothing if u can help would be great
