Question about Nokia 6020 Cellular Phone

There is NO DISPLAY on my Nokia 6020 cell phone

Hi,
Suddenly the screenon my Nokia 6020 has gone blank. I am able to make and recieve calls. But the screen LED glows without any display.
Request you to kindly help at the earliest!!!!

    Thanks for the quick comment. I tried that. I kept the battery removed over night and still in the morning there is no change!!!

    No, I have not anything to the phone (not dropped, or unlock etc)
    Here is what I did, after the DISPLAY problem occured.
    1. Removed the battery and sim card
    2. Kept it outside over night
    3. Morning, plugged in both sim card and battery.
    ...the problem still persists.....
    Appreciate your help!!!!

Did you do anything to the phone.... i would suggest removing the battery for about 20 minutes and turning it back on

    if it has a sim card... unplug it and plug it back in.... have you done anything to the phone recently like try to unlock it or dropped it or anything like that ?

If you didn't drop into water, the first thing you need to check is the Strip (pata),The track of display is not related to those keys.So, my comment is to change the strip and even if the problem persist change the LCD.Thanks for visiting fixya

It that the display IC has gone. It needs a replacement. Please take the phone to Nokia Care and get the IC replaced.

Blank display, i can make and recieve calls but i'm not able to see my contacts,msg etc........


So if you have a blank display or just a white one, replacing the lcd screen should fix the problem.

the LCD need replacing so take the phone to a mobile center and have them replaced it fopr you.

Hold down the # key for a few seconds and this unlocks .Had to phone China to solve .

you need to check the battery first rather ,and ask any cell phone service shop nearby.. display getting blank happens usually in many cell..so don worry..

a lot of times problems like that are just your battery try getting a new one.
