Braun Multiquick K3000 not working anymore after bad smell

It felt to my wife today and the knob came out (plus some plastic parts broke inside) I have put the knob back in position but when I switched on there was a small flash on the top part + plus a bad smell and now it's dead: I tried to open to look for a possible fuse but could not reach the motor from below. Sorry for my English.

Does anyone now where to find the service manual for this Braun Multiquick 7 K3000? I'd like to check the motor but I couldn't reach it by simply opening the bottom of the device and con't open the top part (where the switch knob is).

I have a Braun Vario Model 418 hand processor - motor works fine but when attached to the blender, the blender shaft vibrates - if you look into the inside of the blender, the shaft is shaking - may be some support is missing. Can any one advise what can be done.

Looking for somebody to repair my braun blender in Cape Town

Part 3: Opening up the Braun handheld blender/mixer turbo 600, typ 4191.

The front end and the motor are a cast-joint part. With one more circumferential kerf, the grip-part came free, also showing that there is no other way to open the machine irreversibly.

It also showed that the contacts between the motor and the print are/were relatively loose, which amazed me for a motor of 600 Watt. And in my case: they were burnt. That explained the machine not working. It is surprising that the thermal safety didn't kick in when my wife used the machine

My Braun MR5500BC Multiquick professional handblender is now not working but I still do have all the accessories still intact. Is it possible to buy the motor part of the blender only?
