My Samsung ML 2510 printer does not feed paper properly and most of the time it does not print. Sometimes when I manually feed the paper it works and prints well but most of the time it seems to be spinning and cannot pick up the paper.

Re: Printer does not feed paper
Dear sir; That's very difficult to tell you detail how to take apart the parts, but I can teach you a easy way and tricky way, this cause you problem is paper pick-up roller, right above the paper tray. therefor you have move out the tray , remove the toner ctg. flip machine over (bottom up) then you will see the roller very clear, clean up with rubber rejuvenator, try it out, and please let me know how does it work, good luck! HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY !!!

After removing the pickup rubber (and not removing the rubber band from it's plastic drum) I cut a thick piece of card stock paper the width of the rubber band and slid it under the rubber. I thought it would make it contact the paper with more force and it worked great.
Depending on how long you have had this , it might be time for a new one. If its still under warranty, rather send it back as it could be a problem inside.
First do a couple of test.
Turn the Printer off and back on?
Reinstall the software for the printer?
Paper **** under the toner drum? Dont touch the green drum!!!
Pull toner out and reinsert
On the top side above the toner were the paper feed's after printing. Is there a paper jam?
Did you replace the toner with a "compatible" toner? If so the printer does not recognize the cartridge thus another reason for the red light?
if you have had your ML 2510 for longer than 2 years and 4 Toners. This is a good time to invest in another ML 2510 Printer. They are cheap and dont break up the bank's money printer to get.
User manual should have been installed with the software that runs the printer from your computer. My WindowsXP system has a main menu item for the printer. Mine says "Xerox Phaser 3124", but it's really the same as the Samsung 2510.
When you go to print, select the printer, then the type of paper (envelope). This can be done by going to printer properties and then the layout and paper pages. You will want to insert the envelope just above the stack of regular paper, in the single sheet feed area.
Sound like the printer cartridge is either bad ..or now snapped in properly..might try to clean the feed roller the one that pick the paper with a cotton swab or lint free rag with some isopropic alcohol. paper dust will cause slippaged and jam. should be located either in the paper tray or just look above for black or grey rollers (when you have the tray out)
