My webcam on my Acer Extensa model number 4620Z isn't working properly.
It will freeze when I open it up and it doesn't work with Stickam.
I click "Approve" when it asks to allow acess to my webcam, and it doesnt do anything.
I'm scared to uninstall it because I dont know where to RE-intall it.
Should I erase my harddrive?
Or uninstall it?
Please help! :P
Hallow Dear, First I would like to advice you to remove the webcam driver & application completely from add/removes program in control panel. And make sure after you reboot our PC let the webcam detected by windows as unknown device. Use link below & Select the EXACT WEBCAM DRIVER THAT YOU HAVE; under Driver & Utilities, according to your OS. Then you will get connect to download automatically. Install properly & reboot once. *** If you are using VISTA*** Please ensure that VISTA SP1 is installed on your system prior to installing these drivers! Driver incompatibilities on a system without VISTA SP1 might affect usability. http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/ex_4620.html Thank you & Best Regards Dinu….
