If the product will be exposed to sub-freezing temperatures, turn off the water supply to washer, disconnect fill hoses, drain them and reconnect. Remove the drain hose from the standpipe in the wall and place it into a shallow pan at floor level untill the water floe stops. Unplug unit and you are good to go.
If no sub-freezing temps are expected, turn off water supply. Turn on washer for a warm wash cycle for a few seconds to relieve the pressure in the hoses. Turn off machine and unplug it.

Hi, I just want clarification. Is the washer filling to a point when it starts draining the water before it starts to agitate? If this is the case, check the end of your drain hose and make sure that it is as high as the top of the washer. Make sure that where it goes into the drain pipe that it is a loose fitting so that air will **** back into the drain hose. your washers drain hose is too far down the drain pipe which is causing a siphoning action pull the washers drain hose out pipe some you should be able to hear water dropping into the pipe the reason it only happens in the rinse cycle is because the water from wash is being drained and before the water vacuum is broken the rinse water comes in causing it to keep draining
ck wiring to motor be sure all conections are tight lid switch is ok since will agitate also ck control bd for connections most likely suspect all ck ok is control bd itself
