I have the samsung IDCS 28D, how do I change the voice mail to a temporary holiday greeting?

Hi, all you need to do is to go into your voice mail via the voice mail key, once in listen to the prompts until it says ' to assign your no answer greeting'. The prompts give the option to listen and record a greeting, however make sure that you delete the original and record a new greeting other wise the messages play back-to-back! I've posted a video to help you to do this, or visit www.abbeytelecom.com for further advise

I have an option on my sandisk sansa fuze mp3 player for voice recordings. There is pre-recorded literature that I would like to download, but, I only know how to download these voice recordings under...

You can't. Audiobooks are just like music, and the Sansa treats them that way. Think of them as words spoken without music.

Voice recordings are made on the Sansa, when you use it as a digital recorder. You can record lectures, meetings, or notes to yourself, and play them back.

Delay problem

Not sure how you are defining delay. Are you recording to the hard drive using the sound card as inputs? Are you listening to the speakers while you are recording or are you playing a recording back and there is delay or echo in that? PLease let me know

I have a panasonic Cordless phone and can't remember how to remote access it?

Using the answering system
remotely
1
Dial your phone number from a touch
tone phone.
2 After the greeting message starts, enter
your remote code (page 59).
LThe unit plays back new messages.
LAfter playing back new messages,
the voice guidance starts.
3 Follow the voice guidance as
necessary.
4 When finished, hang up.
Note:
LYou can ignore the voice guidance and
control the unit using remote commands

Voice guidance
During remote operation, the unit’s voice
guidance prompts you to press {1} to
perform a specific operation, or press {2}
to listen to more available operations.
Operations are presented by voice
guidance in the following order:
– Play back all messages
– Play back new messages
– Record your message
– Erase all messages
– Record your greeting message
Note:
LIf you do not press any dial keys within
10 seconds after a voice guidance
prompt, the unit disconnects your call.
LIf less than 3 minutes of recording time is
available, the unit announces the
remaining recording time after the last
message is played back.

Remote commands
You can press dial keys to access certain
answering system functions without
waiting for the voice guidance to prompt
you.
Key Remote command
{1} Repeat message (during
playback)*1
{2} Skip message (during
playback)
{4} Play new messages
{5} Play all messages
{7} Recording a greeting
message

Distortion when recording flute on cubase

K, 1st of all... Try listening to the files directly from the h4, before download to the nbook. No dist? Problem solved.
Otherwise, note the mics are really sensitive, even in low gain, any "wind" instrument, like your flute, my clarinet, or even the voice can generate distortion.
solutions:
1. You have a "monitor" mode in the h4, just check for it, easy to find. Then you can adjust details on the h4, as you play and listen the output.
2.check the distance you are playing from the mic, be generous with that, anyhow you can move higher the gain. :)
3. Don't play directly to the mic, as the air from your instrument may generate a noise that is not a note, but simply air coming through the mic.

Monitor through computer... I'm stucked trying to make it work with any recording program in Vista, don't know how to make the system rcognize the device. So, I can't help you, and by the way, do you know how to record in Windows??

Luck bro
