It means that your control panel went out and you need to replace it. Here is how if you want to try your self.
The control panel is not available as a complete part.
To replace the control or touchpad, pull the range away from the wall and disconnect the power to it. Remove the cover on the rear of the control panel. Remove the screws that hold the clock or control to the front wall of the control panel. These screws also hold the touchpad to the front of the control panel. The touchpad connects to the control with a ribbon connector and there is a locking tab holding the ribbon connector to the control. Lift the locking tab and unplug the ribbon.

SOURCE: EO F2 code
F2 E0 code is attributed to a short keypad with the Electronic Range Control (ERC). The recommended solution is to replace the ERC. If you can post back with comments I can locate a part number for you if you can give me the complete model number of your range (located along the opening around the oven door or lower drawer assembly). The model number includes a three-digit prefix. I would also need this to determine the manufacturer. This way I can research to find a part number and price and see if this is a repair you would wish to pursue. ERCs can be expensive on some models. I hope this helps you.

Actual Solution: I justed fixed EO F2
1. Disconnect the power for 30 minutes!
2. Once reconnect the power, press the "cancel" button for 3-4 sec, this two steps serve as reset.
I have a Whirlpoor gas range and it has error message EO F2 for few weeks now. After searching on internet for possible solutions and didnt find anything working, I called Whirlpool thinking as a last attempt before calling expensive tech. people.
They told me exactly the above two steps, I came home and tried, it worked like a charm....
Note: Disconnect for 30 min, I tired 1 minute as some suggested on internet and didnt work.
