Had problem last spring, used your error code fix for it for several months until it no longer would work. Had copier guy put in new thermofuse, etc, etc. 3-4 months later same problem. Can't get error code fix (add.func/2&8/add.func,etc) to work now again. Will call copier guy but can I fix quick now? Thanks David

Amazing. Paper jam error yet there was no paper. Tried to clean it with air, changed paper and restarted. Still no luck! Called Leximark tech support and they asked about the warranty that had just lapsed. Literally the printer was a year and 1 month old. I kept trying to ask if they could just send out one of there techs. After a day and a half someone from Leximark called and said they would need to replace 3 things for ....$909. Mind you they have not even seen the printer. I asked them to explain this ridiculous price, they put me on hold again when finally a guy that didn't seem to care said that is the standard price for us to repair for out of warranty printers. I went to this forum and used a couple of the suggestions. Turns out the arm that raises the paper on tray 1 is slipping. The cogs are not catching when they turn. I was able to assess this by checking the arm on trey 2 which was working well and was not slipping when I manually turned it with my hand. The fix or the workaround for me was to remove the paper from trey 1 and change the settings to default trey 2 as the main paper source. I realize this didn't fix it, but I just saved $900 until I decide to get a local repair shop to come and fix the arm on trey 1. I can't imagine that is going to cost $900. This is the last Leximark we will ever purchase.
The error code is related to the laser. I never had to replace one yet. You're most likely dealing with a bad drum. Look to see how long the drum has been in the copier, if longer than 21,000 copies then try a new drum. If you just put one in then try another one or put the old one back in to see if the error returns. I learned this the hard way by replacing several expensive components before changing the drum again. It solved the problem. Good luck

I have this malfunction code, C-11A3, coming up on my Konica/Minolta Bizhub 350 copier/printer. Anyone know what it is? I don't use the techs, because they charge much I don't pay for the service anymore-seems like most things should be able to be fixed by the owner. I needed help for this code
My color has not worked well in the past few months. Now I get the message Unable to Print, Use Troubleshooting and rountine maintenance chapter in user's manual. I've tried everything it told me. I've removed all ink cartridges and left them upright (they are ALL brand new) and cleaned all the ink ports. I've cleaned the machine several times. It's told me there's no ink cartrige, I've replaced them, turned the machine off and on, unlplugged, etc. Then go to print and I get the same message again and it won't print. The machine is almost 2 years old and has worked fine until about 6 months ago when the magenta stopped working all together. Now this. Any help? Thanks.
After some searching, it appears that this error is common on all Canon Copiers. It means that "Fusing unit not heating up" This is most likely due to a bad fusing unit, or a component the fusing unit. Recommend replacing Fusing Unit.
I too have just bought a 2nd hand printer (Tally T8006) that also worked well until the fuser oil seemingly has to 'swamped' everywhere and which now throws up the same error code as above. Will attempt to 'dry it out' and see if the code clears. Have also recently sourced an original installation CD, will check out fault codes when it arrives - Gazz
