Hi Trixxy, It's quite simple. Connect the Sansa to your pc click on "my computer" poitn on the Sansa drive and right click "Format". This will restart your Sansa. Let me know if it worked and please rate this comment. Best, D.

How do i delete songs off of my sansa e250?

You can manually delete the music thru My Computer. Just click on the device name, and open the Music folder. If you dont have a Music folder, you need to enable hidden files and folders on your computer. Best of Luck.

Can't delete songs

The sansa has two USB modes. If you load tracks in one mode you have to be in the same mode to see them in explorer and also be able to delete them. Took me ages to figure this out. From the main menu, go to Settings then select USB and toggle between "MSC" and "Auto Detect". You should then be able to see the hidden tracks. I have firmware 2.2.5A installed so you might want to check that too.

I now only use the Sansa in MSC mode as it seems to crash Winamp if I use it in Autodetect.
