if not at front then at the back, usually has a plastic cover that has to be removed with filter attached. it may be that ur pump propeller is blocked or broken? However I would also check the motor coupler or belt depending on direct drive or belt drive, also check clutch and the door switch , check with multi meter for continuity. any of these can stop it from spinning and thus no draining?
This is almost
certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty
cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter
is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on
to the next cycle with excess water in the drum. You need to
locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not familiar which with
the model you mention) there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the
machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on
panel on the bottom)
The filter is located at the rear`of the washer.
To access it, remove the rear lower panel.
You will see a large black hose, remove hose from bottom of tub, and you will find the plastic filter inside, remove filter and clean.
Refit filter and hose, and test.
If it still does not spin, then you need to check the brushes.
If you require info on how to check and change them, then let me know.

does the detergent get wet?
may be the blue trap door that is behind the detergent in the drawer is set for liquid detergent ie 'closed' and needs to be set to open to allow the powder past. or the holes above the detergent section where the waster comes out are blocked so water goes in another route.
you could always put the powder straight in with the wash to get yourself out of trouble.
Possible your outlet filter is blocked. After disconnecting electrical input from wall socket, remove the back panel of washer to see if the pipe from the tub is blocked, clear, also check the outlet filter, clean.
If u have the users' manual check how to clean your outlet filter
