If you've been trying to snap on that bezel and it does not stay in place, you probably lost the bezel fixing spring.
Find your nearest watchmaker and ask to sort things out.

Hi I have a citizen eco watch and it will not stay with the right time have to keep setting it I havent worn it in a while so could you please tell me whats wrong

Your watch runs on light, you need to leave the watch under a light source for at least 18 hours, then as long as your wearing it, it should keep running if you are exposing it to light. At nighttime for a couple nights leave it under a light, so it has a good charge and keeps running. If this does not work then you need to call Citizen Watch repair at 1-800-321-1023.

Citizen Eco-drive Tip

Hello Citizen Eco-drive owners.

There may come a time when your watch batery discharges to a point that the watch halts operation. Do not worry this problem can be easily fixed if you place your watch in sunlight for an extended period of time. Just remember that the watch must not get too hot.

Take care.

Watch glossary: E

EBAUCHE
Incomplete (jeweled or non-jeweled) watch movement without regulating organs, mainspring, dial and hands.
ECO-DRIVE
A name for a patented power mechanism found on some Citizen watches. This mechanism uses ordinary light to keep a rechargeable battery powered for watch operation. This technology is very sophisticated allowing some watch models to remain powered for up to 5 years in the dark. Watches with Eco-Drive technology will never need to have the battery replaced.
ELAPSED TIME ROTATING BEZEL
A graduated rotating bezel used to keep track of elapsed time. The bezel can be turned so the wearer can align the zero on the bezel with the watch's seconds or minutes hand. After a period of time passes, you can read the elapsed time off the bezel. This saves you having to perform the subtraction that would be necessary if you used the watch's regular dial.
ELECTROPLATING PROCESS
Process of covering metal articles with a film of other metals. The article is immersed in a chemical solution; electric current (D.C.) flows through the solution from a piece of metal (anode) to the article (cathode), depositing metal thereon by electrolysis.
ENDSTONE
Undrilled jewel, placed on the balance jewel with the tip of the balance-staff pivot resting against its flat surface, to reduce pivot friction. Sometimes used also for pallet staffs and escape wheels.
ENGINE-TURNED, see guilloché.
EQUATION OF TIME
Indication of the difference, expressed in minutes, between conventional mean time and real solar time. This difference varies from -16 to +16 seconds between one day and the other.
EQUINOX
The time when day and night are of equal length, when the sun is on the plane of the equator. Such times occur twice in a year: the vernal equinox on March 21st-22nd and the autumnal equinox on September 22nd-23rd.
ESCAPEMENT
Positioned between the train and the balance wheel and governing the rotation speed of the wheel - train wheels. In today's horology the most widespread escapement type is the lever escapement. In the past, numerous types of escapements were realized, such as: verge, cylinder, pin-pallet, detent and duplex escapements. Recently, George Daniels developed a so-called "coaxial" escapement.
ESCAPE WHEEL
A wheel belonging to the mechanism called escapement

I have an older skyhawk watch, but the paint came off the bezel so you can't read the numbers. How much would it cost to get them repainted or replace the bezel?

I had the same issue. I found a way that makes the watch look new again. If you buy a sharpie marker and color the whole face It will color in the numbers and around them. t After you have done that, rub a moistened rag over the face of the watch. This will remove all the excess black marker, and it should look new for a few months.

CITIZEN ECO-DRIVE SKYHAWK WATCH not working

If this watch is several year old, it could be that the power cell is defective, and won't hold a charge. I have been also told by a Citizen Tech, that they will sometimes "hangup" or lock up, and may just need a quick jolt. This doesn't happen often, but Citizen has the equipment to test and supply this jolt to sort of kick start the movement again. They would also replace the battery while it was open. You can sometimes place it into direct sunlight for 15-30 minutes, but no longer...unless you want to melt the insides...lol.

Most Geniune Citizens have a five year warranty. Keep that mind too. Thanks.

If the movement is broken, you can play around yourself; but you will need very fine tools. May be complex. Send an email to Citizen, they are very supportive. Look for detail tech manuals for all types here: http://www.citizenwatch.com/downloads/tech/tech.htm

Change ******** Anne Klein watch

Your watch comes with interchangeable bezels, not faces. Bezel is a ring or rectangle (depends what shape your watch has) surrounding a glass.
All bezels are mostly friction fitted,so, to remove your bezel you need to use a strong knife blade and press it between the bezel and the case. The bezel should lift up.
To get the bezel back you have to press it into place.
For changing the strap you have to turn watch upside down and using the knife or lug tool try to squeeze sprigbar end out of the watch lug. Sprinbar is the piece which holds a strap attached to watch. The end of springbar you will find exactly where the strap is attached to watch. Push it inwards and it must come out. The rest is like 2x2.
Good luck.

Setting model number jr3060-59f

1. set mode to CHR with the bezel fully in.
2. pull bezel out 2 notches. This will set all (or most) hands to 12.
3.press A (top button) repeatedly until you get MIN in the left window
4.turn the bezel to move the min hand forward.
4a. turn the bezel several clicks in quick sucession to get the minute hand to continue to move in the forward direction. This will "drag" the 24 hr UTC hour hand froward 1 hour per 1 revolution of the minute hand. if the minute hand stops before you want it to repeat step 4a. continue till the 24 hr UTC hour hand points to 24.
5. to stop the minute hand turn the bezel backwards 1 click. remember however to approach the 12 position with the minute hand in a clockwise direction.
