Software will not completed load

i bought a hp all in one deskjet f2100followed manufac install intruction but soft ware did not in stall proper - uninstalled - went great - oh ya - turned printer off (i try to be green) turn on today half soft ware gone and now won't load - i have loaded and unloaded 4 times today grrrrr - printer works - copier works scan works - but different than original load - it bugs me - HELPSylvie
