code p1512 refers to intake manifold runner control stuck closed
replace it or remove it and clean it

If you have a quick service manual it will help you easily. However you can check its manual in the web site.

The cleaning Web for the fuser has exceeded its acceptable life counter. The web needs replaced and the counter reset in service mode.

Cleaning Roller Part Number- FA3-8908-000

After replacement, be sure to reset the cleaning web counter in service mode under.
COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB

To access service mode press the asterisk ( * ) the number 2 and 8 at the same time, then the asterisk ( * ) again.

press*28* to enter service mode select copier>counter>misc/fix web then press cancel button this will clear cleaning web count you do need to replace the web as it has run out hence the error code good luck

The service rep is correct. This will either be a poor contact on the flexible cable connector to that area of the screen, but unfortunately almost 95% of the time this is caused by a faulty screen & would need to be replaced by the service centre.

Enter the tech rep mode by pushing the utility button, pulling up the counter screen, and pushing Stop-0-0-Stop-0-1.

This will pull up the tech rep mode menu. Select "Counter" and then "Consumables."

Select the toner collection count and hit "Clear." Exit the mode and you should be good to go.

The following functions will generate a Tech Rep Fault:

• Error: 30: Belt Home Too long
• Errors: 12, 13, 14, 15: ATC-YMCK Sensor Fail
• Errors: 40, 44: Fuser Main/Sub Lamp Temp Too High

• Enter Service Diagnostics
• Highlight NVRAM Access and press OK
• Highlight Clear Tech Rep Faults and press OK
• Highlight the Tech Rep fault to be cleared and press OK

If you have had the error 3 consecutive times , you do need to send the snippet to the printer to clear the error. The instructions how to do it are in the download.
Other things. You may need to replace the accumulator belt.
You may have toner backed up in the waste auger, you can clean that out and replace the waste bottle.
Cause:
The plastic tab attached to the cleaning blade assembly was broken, this tab opens the cleaning blade waste assembly when the belt is lowered .
Solution: Fixed! Did not fix. The waste toner from accumulator belt cleaner could not reach the waste bin and jammed the augur. This caused the grinding noise by stalling the accumulator belt motor. This causes an error 30 code to be displayed.
The belt cleaner does come as a separate part 016-1889-00 and is very easy to fit and much cheaper than a new belt assembly.
Error 30 is a Tech Rep fault. After three Error 30's, the NVRAM Clear Tech Rep Faults will need to be reset to be able clear the Error 30 message.
