Question about Nintendo Wii Console
According to Nintendo u can try this. 1. push the reset button and if that doesn't work unplug all cords and memory cards (including sd) from wii and unplug av from the wii and the outlet in wall. Wait 2-3 min and then plug it back in. Thats as far as i got because that fixed my problem hope this helps someone!!!

Sounds like the unit may have experienced over voltage, there is a fuse on the board however I would take the easy route and test a new power brick to see if this solves the issue. Thank you

SOURCE: My Wii has broke down...
It is very possible that the
power brick may have gone bad. If at all possible (such as a friend has
a Wii) then try a new plug on the Wii and see if that fixes it. If not
then double check the wall outlet. If you still have no power on the Wii
then you may have a defective unit. Some computer repair shops will try
to diagnose the problem for you if you would like to take one in, but
the price for repairs may be more than just buying a new Wii...
Best of luck
