I am not able to put the pictures on the internal memory?

I have the pictures on a USB, plug that into the Sunpak 7 in picture frame and using the remote I follow the directions to load the pictures on the internal memory and it does not work - keeps saying loading, then - failure - .

Your pictures on your memory card may exceed the maximum size the picture frame will show, for instance your frame may be capable of displaying pictures of 2 megabytes. If you're trying to load up 10 megabyte images it could create an error like this. Would be nice if the error message says "error, 2 meg maximum and your pictures are larger" but it's up to the software developers to create error messages.

Can you clarify your frame's max size and the size you're attempting to load?

Had this same problem and found this solution after digging on this forum, and it worked...you have to pay attention to the "Device" you are pasting to. It's cumbersome for copying mutliple pictures, but with persistance, it works.
"I have found that when you have the source of the photo files connected to the picture frame and are viewing from the menu it says "USB" Select the photos you what to paste by following the instructions and then change the "Device" to "favorites" and the paste by pressing the "enter" button. You can only paste about 10 files or photos at a time...so if you have allot it take a while. hope this helps"

I haven't solved the problem and it appears lots of folks are having the same problem with the 7inch sunpak digital frame. It must be something in the software within the picture frame.
I was hoping someone would tell me how to fix it - not willing to pay for that service.
I will just return the pictures frames and purchase another brand.

How do you add pictures to the photo fram:

Use PhotoFiltre free photo editor program to edit your pictures.
You may download it from the below link.

http://www.4shared.com/file/gqHN4jSz/pf-setup-en.html

1. Photos should be in .jpeg format.
2. It is better to scale your photos with the above editor to 800x600 pix.
3. Prepare your pictures in a PC using PhotoFiltre. Scale all the pictures.
4. Transfer your pictures from PC to a USB Flash Disk (Memory Bar)
5. Plug USB Flash Disk to your Photo Frame.
6. Probably your photo frame will ask to transfer your pictures from flash disk to internal memory. Accept this and by pressing enter/OK/Set (Any button that changes from one product to another.)

I think it helps.

Cant copy any pictures from computer

You can start copying pictures to SV811 digital picture frame if you get the message “Use PC interface to copy files.” Here are the steps:
Copy pictures, videos, and music between your frame and computer, using your computer's normal file copying tools:

1. Connect the USB cable from the frame to your computer
2. On your computer, open My Computer or Windows Explorer.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

3. Navigate to the pictures you want to copy. Then drag and drop them to the new location.
4. Unplug the USB cable to view your copied pictures.

Copying pictures from EasyShare software:

1. Install EasyShare software (free download at www.kodak.com/go/sw )
2. Connect the USB cable.
3. On your computer, open EasyShare software. Select the pictures in My Collection and drag them into the Picture tray.
4. In the menu bar, select File and then Copy to the Kodak Drive letter.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

5. Select the frame source to which you are copying.
6. Select Best for Digital Picture Frame to reduce the resolution of the pictures you are copying. Full resolution is unnecessary and quickly fills up the frame's memory.
7. Click Copy. Pictures are copied to your frame.
8. Unplug the USB cable and press “Home” icon to navigate to your copied pictures.
