You can by shorting the CMOS/BIOS battery connector for 30 sec's with a resister pack (2.4 KOhms), but if you don't have any PC repair experience, don't try it!
"You can blow the motherboard if you get it wrong.."
I suggest you take it to a Toshiba repair shop, it will cost about $100 to have them do it for you.
SOURCE: my toshiba a205 s5804 is asking me a bios password
remove ac supply and battery from the laptop.. and press power button for atleast 30 sec.. it reset the CMOS memory.. this is what toshiba technical support person told me to do when i called to them way back..
SOURCE: Don't know BIOS Password
take off the cover over the memory
remove memory modules
remove black sticker
re insert 1 memory module into the slot closest to the motherboard
next to the module are 2 pads you can bridge with a flat blade driver
the pads says (xxx) next to them
with the pins bridged turn on the power and youll get an error that will require you to press f1. do so. done

Yes of course all Laptop and Desktop have CMOS battery. Screw the back cover of your laptop locate the CMOS battery and remove to clear the BIOS password. Or else you can reset the CMOS by removing the jamper.
