My processing queue is locked up

My eCabinet has stopped processing documents. 917 waiting, no documents being processed. time 0.00 I know what the solution is, delete the document causing the blockage, but I do not remember how to get to the queue control. I called support, but they didnt answer the phone. I think this cabinet has already been unlocked. However, I upgraded to version 3 and I have not had the problem since. Thanks Bill McLain

Re: My processing queue is locked up

If the eCabinet is unlocked, go to http://<ipaddress of eCabinet>\Diagnostics\processesqueues.ssml . The "D" in Diagnostics must be uppercase. If your eCabinet is locked, you will need a service CD, and you must call the Ricoh help desk for a "key" to unlock security first. You must be an authorized technician with a valid Ricoh ID.

Dell poweredge t300 server e1410 cpu 1 error

The e1410 is an error that is reporting an interruption to the CPU processes. It isn't identifying an issue with the processor specifically, it is just saying its processes were interrupted. Normally when you see the E1410 you will see another error listed with it in the hardware log. Do you see any other errors in the log? Also, what is the BIOS and Drac versions at currently? I ask because the server being very out of date can cause issues like this as well.
Let me know what you see.

Increase processing speeds ProLiant ML370

Only the obvious like CPU, RAM and network. You can check your specs against these possible configurations.

To be honest, don't see 64 Bit support so it may not make a difference, because of 32 Bit OS limitations.

102 error

As you probably already know this is a check that happens during the POST process and will halt the boot process. This is a system board failure, not typically user repairable.
