Help with mobile phone

If the cell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

Inspiron 9400 don't work, no power, no sound, no disk access

Are you saying that you provided 12 volts via a USB device TO your laptop? The motherboard may have been damaged by that. However, a surge like that would likely damage the internal power supply. This is the part of the laptop that takes the power from the AC or battery and converts it into usable power for the computer. As always, if you choose to work on this yourself, ensure that you are working in a 100% static-free environment. One little static charge can make your entire repair project null. Expect to pay $150-300 at a repair shop for this repair.

I dropped it down the toilet now it just wont work.

There is a possibility of it working again but water damage does alot of damaging things to phones. The best solution is to take the battery out and don't use it or try to charge it for a few days. Let it completely dry out and it might work but chances are slim. No matter what you hear or read do not place it in the oven, dry it with a hair dryer or even place it in rice. Those things will actually cause more damage to your phone.

Dell 9400 battery problem

Hi bockobulb,

There's a good chance if the casing got damaged that the connector that connects the battery pack to the system was also damaged. First I'd suggest trying another compatible battery pack if you can get your hands on one. Bear in mind that there can be damage to the connector even if it's not visible.

LG HBM 730 and VX 9400 pairing problem

I found the solution. The original password setting is a combination of zeroes - at least 4. If you did not originally change your password setting for your bluetooth from the original setting - try that. It worked for me.

Also - Thank you for your reply.
