Question about Panasonic AG-DVC62 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
Dear sir, My camera (AG-DVC62EN) at time does't switching ON. If ones ON means all other function will be ok. Please give me the suggestion for service. Thanking you Udupi
This model and most of the Panasonuc camcorders have surface mounted capacitors and these are what we have been finding wrong most of the time. The capacitors will become weak and start to leak goo and sometimes will blow something like a small fuse inside called a circuit protector. To find these bad capacitors, you will need to disassemble the camcorder and use whats called a ESR capacitor checker. I had a camcorder once that I replaced 27 bad surface mounted capacitors in. Good Luck.
