I hope you are referring to an email. Any way Never --- yes N E V E R. do not even store your credit card no., bank account no., different user names and passwords etc. in a computer. Write them down in a dairy.

Facebook has disabled my account. They asked for photo ID to prove who I am. I have sent in my ID many many many times. All the info on my account is 100% accurate. Why am I still disabled? All my photos...


You need to send an e-mail to there customer care department and from then you should ask: did you receive my photo ID?
You should then add: if you did receive my photo ID why is my account still locked?

Better still if there is a phone number for there customer care, phone that and ask the same questions.


You should be very careful when responding to e-mails which are asking for personal information. Not all are real. It's possible you responded to a fake one asking for personal information and the people that got this compromised your account, which maybe account for it being locked.

Gmail problem


Hi Dear..

You can use the two Gmail account at a same time but for that you can Configure your primary Gmail account, follow the mention below instruction.

  • First, log in to your gmail account, and go to mail settings.
  • Then select accounts and import
  • Click Add another email address you own
  • Enter information about your other email address, and click next step
  • Click on send verification
Now log in to mailbox that you want to add, because you will get verification letter
  • Open verification letter. And you see that there are two ways to verify email combine process. The more easier way is just to click comfirmation link
  • You will see message that comfirmation was succesful
  • Now log in to your main mailbox. Go to mail settings> accounts and import. And you can change some settings by your self right now

I dont know how to compose a complaint letter

How to find my facebook account.


Hi,

I have just had the same problem and it has just been fixed.

I first sent facebook an email asking if they still held all of my personal information or if it was indeed deleted as the message shows and they never responded so (I waited faithfully for them to respond then 9 weeks later I gave up and lodged a complaint with TRUSTe watchdog who oversee the privacy component of facebook to ask if they could find out if facebook still held my personal account info or if it had been delted and stated that I had asked facebook and recieved no response. 10 days is all TRUSTe give facebook to respond and they did finally on the 10th day and I have my account fully restored like nothing ever happened! it's great.

Can't access my facebook account


I am going through the same problem. Go to the help button on facebook and click it. Under using facebook, click on login/password. You are going to see to subject areas: troubleshooting, and functionality. Click on the functionality link. Depending on what kind of message you are receiving, click on one of the links that applies to you and fill in the required information that they ask you. The facebook team will try and resolve the issue as soon as they can.
