it seems like your system does not have disconnect supervision. set it to yes under trunk line data. that way the system knows when a call is released.

You dont have the EXT of mailbox 222 assigned to ext 222. Go under F983 press mbox press chg press 222 press ok press next it was say EXT: see what ext is assigned to put in 222 press change enter 222.
If it tell you that 222 is already assigned you have to find the mail box it is assigned to. Usually involves checking every Mbox starting with 221

I would unplug power to the voicemail, then restore. Wait 10 minutes and then do the same to the phone system.
What you are trying to do is reinitialize the voiecmail, if you dont know what you are doing you will do more harm than good.

Are you trying to enter the VM system by using FEATURE983?
When you have 3 digit extensions, you need to use 102 like you have tried. The password part of the login is the 0000. Someone must have changed it from the default 0000 to something else. Try 102**** where the **** is some other common password that you might use such as 1111, 2222, 1234 or others like that.
