Software CD's can be difficult to understand sometimes. Good news is if you dont understand how to use the included programs, you do have a microSD card that your device has. If you have a memory card, you can store your music (no ringtones) and pictures/video onto your card and transfer them to your laptop which should have an SD card slot. Just make sure that on your memory card you insert into into the microSD card adapter which came with the phone and be sure to label folders on the card. The folders should be AUDIO (for full music), IMAGE (for pictures), and VIDEO (for video files). Then you drag and drop the file to the specific folder.

luks like u have a problem with your memory card, try formatting with your computer or mobile ...... if not you will have to replace your memory card...... if dat doesnt work try hard resetting your mobile.......
Yes, you need an SD card to transfer your pictures. When you do, you sync your pictures from your phone onto the SD card. The next time you plug it in, your pictures should be in the MY_PICTURES folder. Hope this helps!
have you put some music on your phone ?
press the music button select the mp3 you want press options then use as voice ring tone or message tone if you want to assign to a contact you have to goto edit the contact and put it in
If you are recieving the message about having to format your memory card when u connect ur xenon to the computer when trying to get pics/vids/music on or off the phone, do this and it should work. 1. go to settings 2. touch "More" 3. touch "connection" 4. touch "USB connection mode" 5. touch "Mass Storage"
Voila now u can copy pictures, videos, music to and from your phone and computer.Hope this helps.
The easiest way to do this is to use the SD card that you have in your mobile and use as extra memory and backup. Just remove it from your mobile insert it in the large adaptor, insert it into your laptop or PC card reader, and just drag and drop all the music files that you want, simple as that. Remember to choose the correct format and remember which folder you drag and drop to on the card so that you know where to get them when you put it back into your mobile. One last thing, which ever device you use either laptop or PC must have the music files on it for you to drag and drop. Simples!!
If your pics are on your card for sure than you may half to remove the card and connect it directly to your computer. The file may have been saved to the wrong part of the card. This may not be the answer but it has happened to me in the past. If you have not saved the pics to the card that is your problem. You must save the pics to the card and try again. You should be able to select a pic and move it to the card. after you do either of these two ideas you should be able to move your pics to your computer. hope this helps.
Instead of doing the sync music, try saving your music into your itunes account or on a flash drive. Than just plug your phone into the computer, click on settings, then tools, then USB mass storage. Open the file on your computer, than simply drag and drop your songs from the file on the computer or flash drive, into the phone's file folder. Drop it into your memory card on your phone or just in my music. (I personally recommend getting a micro SD card for the phone so you can hold more songs) good luck!
