I got my grandson the xbox 360 holiday bundle for Christmas. I had to send it back to Amazon because it ruined his Rock Band 2 and his other game he got for xmas. "Call of Duty" The Gamestop store that I purchased the "Call of Duty" from won't exchange it. They said it was xbox 306 's fault and that I had to write you for a refund or a new game. I have the game and the receipt. Can you send him a new game or refund the money so I can buy him another one?

Well recently I found out that your X360 was upward, but then possibly put on its side, which messed up the disc, I dnt have a solution but I know the problem, try getting it buffered tho, worth a try

Check to see if anything is obscuring the disc tray on opening and closing.
If there isnt check the disc make sure its smooth and flat no bumps and not bent

if there is noises like grinding when playing it may be a part inside causing this

i suggest calling xbox because i dought u want to risk doing this to other games.

please rate. thank you

Scratches on disk . Don't stand up your XBox . I know it looks good that way. With the X Box standing . The disk can flop from side to side. Don't move your X Box while it is running. And run a disk cleaner. Good luck.

My fable 2 disc wont work and its only been play twice HELP!!

Try your Fable 2 disc on a friend's console that you know works and see if it plays. This would rule out the possibility of it being your Xbox for sure. Then it would have to be the game. If you didn't buy it too long ago, look inside the game package and find Fable 2's tech support number or go to their website and try to get a hold of them. Good Luck!

Xbox 360

Dont worry. All this is, is your son must of tipped over his Xbox 360 console or he moved it, while it was on. In the Xbox 360 there is a default in which the thing that holds the cd and reads it is lose and falls onto the cd and scratches the disk, thats why it is a perfect circle. It happend to me the first day i got the Xbox 360. And also keep the Xbox laid down, it keeps it safer from tipping over and prevents it from scratching it again.
Go to the store you bought the game from and you should be able to get a new one. My store gave me ea skate back. Show them your receipt.
If they dont accept it, you have to call microsoft and send in that game and they send you a new one in the case.
