Try restoring the Belkin back to the factory default by powering up the Belkin and pressing the RESET button on the back of the Belkin for 7 secs. Then connect a LAN cable from the computer to the Belkin, open IE browser and type the configuration IP address and configure the wireless settings ie. SSID, encryption etc. The computer wireless cards will need to be configured with the Belkin wireless settings to allow them to communicate with the Belkin.
I managed to figure it out. I had to clone the MAC address to get the router to connect to the Internet.
I still have another problem though, my laptop still won't connect to the router. I'm using Vista, is this a possible network adapter issue? My laptop is fine at connecting to other wireless networks round my friend's houses/libraries...

I found the solution. I reset the router by pressing reset for 10 seconds. Then I turned off the cable modem and the router.
Started the cable modem first, let all the lights come up and then
restarted the router with the cable to the cable modem plugged in. The
connected light is now on and I'm able to connected wirelessly.
I think you have lost your PPPOE internet connection. Reestablish the connection. If this is not the problem, click your wireless connection on the taskbar and search for your wireless device and reconnect. BPCS
