1st paper draw lift motor is jammed or burn out or the control board is bad. Check for paper behind the draw, also remove any paper from left side of draw.

There is a trouble rest button inside the front door above the fuser unit. There is a small panel with one screw in it, remove the cover and you will see a PCB with two black switch's on it. One is the trouble rest button, have the copier ON and press the trouble rest button and close the door and you are done... If it will not rest, check what you did and make sure it is put back correctly.

Dear sir; the error code you post out,I check the manual it said "low fuser temp" my suggestion go to check the fuser lamp inside the fuser roller of the heating unit, you may try to reset before you go for it; the easy way just open and close the lower front door,just try it and let me know the resolve. First make sure that you do not have the collate and staple option checked on the printer menuing system or in the print setup on one of the local machines printing to it. Ensure that when auto-staple is not used that the error stops manifesting.
