Question about Canon MultiPASS MP730 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I can get into the service menu but as I scroll through I do not see "counter"
My options are #1 SSSW #2Menu, #3Numeric parm, #4 NCV, #5Type, #6 Genesis (UHQ), #7 printer, #8 Clear, #9 ROM, #10 CS set, #11 Service Report, Test Mode then back to 1.
When I went into clear and eventually got to clear all I did that, but am still getting the error message "Waste ink near full",
Can you be a little more specific so that I can get to the counter, but I think that only reset's the counter, what do I do about the "Waste ink being near full, and what happens when it is full. Resetting the counter is only a small part of the problem. I need to know what parts I will need to replace if any, where to procure them, and instructions on how to put them in.
physically you can't replace that part ,its a EPROM counter, which shows you the error message .you can only reset the counter through that procedure.otherwise if you want to replace that part then you have to contact authorised Service centre , to replace that part.
