Question about D-Link DSL 300 Modem
We had blackout and when the electricity came back, the Status LED of the router didn't light. And of course the router didn't work too.
I tried to reset it, but it did nothing.
Hi! I have a D-link DIR 300 wireless router.. I have the same concern before. what I did is, I did the hard reset by pressing the reset button for 20secs and after 20secs and the reset button is still press, I unplug the power from the back of the router and after 2secs plug in while reset button is press and press it for 30secs.. after that I unplug the power and plug in after 15secs. It should work, then u need to setup again the router in order to talk to the modem, if not.. and the device is still under warranty it needs to be replace...pls call your router manufacturer for replacement or if its still under 30 days, go to the store were u purchase the router.

If that doesn't work, I think calling them is the correct course of action. number is 1-800-255-3700. they are open from 6a to 7p PST, seven days a week.
